If you're new to Applied Kinesiology there's an outstanding book you need to know about. The book is entitled "Power vs. Force" by Dr. David R. Hawkins, MD, PhD.
Please note, this book was written by a Medical Doctor (MD). That means something to some people.
While success gurus like Jack Canfield, Wayne Dyer and many other credible people endorse Applied Kinesiology and "Power vs. Force", most people start out in a state of complete disbelief when they first experience Applied Kinesiology. I know, because I was in this skeptical group to begin with. However, the more you test with Applied Kinesiology, the more you realize that there's something to it.
In "Power vs. Force" is a must read for anyone who's interested in Kinesiology or consciousness development.
