If you're new to Applied Kinesiology there's an outstanding book you need to know about. The book is entitled "Power vs. Force" by Dr. David R. Hawkins, MD, PhD.

Please note, this book was written by a Medical Doctor (MD). That means something to some people.

While success gurus like Jack Canfield, Wayne Dyer and many other credible people endorse Applied Kinesiology and "Power vs. Force", most people start out in a state of complete disbelief when they first experience Applied Kinesiology. I know, because I was in this skeptical group to begin with. However, the more you test with Applied Kinesiology, the more you realize that there's something to it.

In "Power vs. Force" is a must read for anyone who's interested in Kinesiology or consciousness development.

The secret to all of these consciousness altering techniques is always the same.

Belief is key.

Reading book after book on the subject is not going to help you come to any better understanding of the subject matter. You need to train your mind to be like a laser, so you can focus it on any intent and bring it into reality.

You also need to be able to subdue your mind and float in the stillness when need be,

You need the confidence to do this, and the ability to restrain your ego once you have learnt how.

It's no easy matter to grasp and you wont be able to find the secret in another mans words, you have to search deep within yourself for your understanding of it.
