The suggestion which I want to add as health tip is eating more vegetables. The vegetables are valuable in maintaining the alkali reserve in the body. They are valued mainly for their vitamin and mineral. Vitamins A, B and C contained in vegetables right quantity. Faulty cooking and prolonged careless storage, however, destroy these valuable elements.
