Default Sacred Geometry ?

I studied this in the 9th grade, but it`s definitely a subject that can delve into much greater depths. *(and that`s what`s so fascinating about it. * So, Here are a few websites that should be of use...1. Fibonacci`s role in ancient mathematics: http://www-groups.dcs.st-and.ac.uk/~history/Mathematicians/Fibonacci.html2. The Golden Ratio: http://www.mcs.surrey.ac.uk/Personal/R.Knott/Fibonacci/fibnat.html#golden3. Fibonnaci / Leonardo of Pisa (c.1175 - c.1240) Biography & The Fibonnaci Sequence:http://faculty.evansville.edu/ck6/bstud/fibo.htmlGood luck!

Default Sacred Geometry ?

Sacred geometry is geometry used in the design of sacred architecture and sacred art. The basic belief is that geometry and mathematical ratios, harmonics and proportion are also found in music, light, cosmology. This value system is seen as widespread even in prehistory, a cultural universal of the human condition. It is considered foundational to building sacred structures such as temples, mosques, megaliths, monuments and churches; sacred spaces such as altars, temenoi and tabernacles; meeting places such as sacred groves, village greens and holy wells and the creation of religious art, iconography and using ""divine"" proportions. Alternatively, sacred geometry based arts may be ephemeral, such as visualization, sandpainting and medicine wheels.

Sacred Geometry is a broad term which can be applied to various forms of esoteric sciences, commonly used in modern days to describe architecture which has been deliberately imbued with occult symbols, either directly onto its surface on through implied shape throughout the overall design.

It could also be used to describe things such as dowsing and feng shui.
